The three founders spent a combined 50+ years running IT managed services companies – not advising them, running them. Hiring. Firing. Chasing receivables. Fielding 2 AM calls when systems went down. Two of those businesses were sold; all three taught the same lesson: growth exposes every crack in how a company stores and shares what it knows.
CustomGPT.ai Services: PathOpt designs, builds, and deploys AI Knowledge Agents. The problem we solve: employees in growing companies spend 5-8 hours a week hunting for information that exists somewhere—in a Google Drive folder, a Slack thread, someone’s head. That search time is invisible on a P&L but expensive in practice. Multiply it across a 20-person team and you’re paying for a full-time employee who produces nothing.
