Is a credit card required to sign up for the free trial?
Yes, a credit card is required to sign up for the CustomGPT.ai free trial. This reduces fraud and verifies that only genuinely interested users sign up.
How can I cancel my trial if I decide not to continue?
To cancel your trial, log in to your account, open the billing page, scroll to the bottom, and click the “Cancel Subscription” button; you will not be charged. Canceling before the trial ends with CustomGPT.ai stops any future billing.
What happens after the 7-day trial period ends?
After the 7-day trial ends, your card is automatically charged for the plan you selected at signup.
What happens if I hit my plan’s limits?
If you hit the word-storage limit, the system stops indexing new data; if you hit the credit limit, the system pauses message responses. We recommend choosing a plan sized to your data and message volume, and a useful rule of thumb is that 10M words is about 50 MB of data.
Does it cost anything to add my team?
Adding team members has no per-seat fee; pricing scales with credit usage across your account. The Standard plan suits small teams, while Premium and Enterprise plans suit larger teams and include a higher level of support.
What is CustomGPT.ai’s refund policy?
Refunds apply only to the current subscription charge on your account, not to overage charges or charges from a prior month. Customers are responsible for managing their accounts, credit limits, and overages.
Can I remove the “Powered by CustomGPT” branding?
Yes, you can white-label and remove the “Powered by CustomGPT” branding, which requires the Premium plan or higher.
