5. What plan do I need to get this?
You need the Premium plan or higher. The Premium plan lets you test this using the self-service system. As your usage scales up, you can then reach out to us for a custom package, based on your needs.
6. I have hundreds of SME business customers. How can I use this?
You have two options:
a. Sign up for your own account and then build white-label chatbots for your customers. This is the quickest way to get started.
b. Have your customer sign up for an account and then manage their account for them. This method is preferred for customers that need full data/API access to their account.
7. I have a large business customer. Can I just refer them to you and share revenue?
Yes. In such a case (basically an “affiliate referral”), you can use our Partner program and share the revenue.
8. I am a service provider with thousands/millions of small businesses. How can I use this?
In such a case, it’s recommended that you own the account and then create white-label chatbots for the small businesses.
For example, a web hosting provider might create thousands of bots, one for each small business. Each small business would then get their own chatbot widget embedded on their website.
9. Can I service multiple clients with one account?
Yes. The Premium plan lets you create up to 100 chatbots. So you can create a custom chatbot for each client. Each chatbot is completely siloed and no data is shared between chatbots.

10. My client needs his own separate account. How can I do this?
With our “Teams” feature, you can invite your client to join your team so that they can view, edit, and interact with their chatbot. Instructions on how to invite team members can be found here.
This will give your client access to his data (like user queries, chat logs, etc.).
11. Do you have an Agency dashboard like Highlevel where I can service multiple clients?
Not at this time. However, you might be able to use our API with HighLevel (or your Agency platform) to incorporate the chatbot features for your clients.
12. How can I apply my own branding to the CustomGPT chatbot using the white-labeling feature?
This feature is not available. The “Powered by CustomGPT” is either ON or OFF.
13. Can I customize the language, responses, and overall behavior of the CustomGPT chatbot in the white-labeling process?
Yes. Each chatbot is its own silo and features like logo, background, chatbot behavior can be controlled on an individual chat bot basis. You can even do this using the API, to dynamically create chatbots and customize them.
14. Is there a cost associated with using the white-labeling feature for CustomGPT? If so, how much?
No additional cost is involved in using the white-label feature. However, this feature does require the Premium plan or higher.
15. Can I integrate the white-labeled version of CustomGPT into my own website, app, or software?

Yes. We will always support the account that has the billing relationship with us. However, do note: If you are white labeling it for your customers and they don’t have a billing relationship with us, we will not be able to accept questions from them or support their inquiries.

No technical skills are needed. Our platform is a no-code platform, which means even non-technical users can use it and white-label/resell it.
18. How will customer data be handled in the white-labeled version of the CustomGPT chatbot? Can I manage and access the data?
Each chatbot is completely silo’ed with its data. Which means that it does not share data with other chatbots (even within the same account). The account owner can always access all the data.

Absolutely. With our multi-source data integration feature, each chatbot can ingest multiple sources of data. So each client of yours can have their own custom chatbot – with multiple sources like websites, helpdesks, documents, Youtube videos, podcasts, etc.
20. What are the limitations, if any, in the functionality or customization of the CustomGPT chatbot when it is white-labeled?
There are indeed some technical limitations:
- You cannot customize the CSS (though we plan on allowing color customization soon)
- You cannot change the branding (the “Powered by CustomGPT” is either ON or OFF)
- If you are sharing the account across multiple customers, they cannot access any of the admin features (for obvious security reasons)

Hello! I want to whitelabel this but the problem is that my clients wont be able to see their user queries etc. which wont be of use if they cant see their conversations if they have to create their own account then its not whitelabel do you have any solution for this if yes i will definitly go with whitelabeling premium plan
With the Whitelabel premium plan, you can use the API and download the queries for each chatbot/client. With the premium plan, you can support upto 100 chatbots/clients. We also just implemented an “Export” feature in the application, so you can manually email them the queries if needed. Lots of possibilities here.

So you would use CustomGPT to index the content and create the response using ChatGPT (from within that content) — if you need to format the responses in a particular way, you will need to use the API and layout the responses with whatever CSS you want.
One thing to note: We do show Citations/Sources — so if you dont want to use the API, you can just set the citations to “Always Show” and the user will be able to see the ecommerce results with full image and preview. Try it out and see if that works for you.

How can i control and manage the usage of certain bot. We have a plan to create and control dozens of bots for our customers but we are afraid that some bot leaks to be viral and suddenly it has used all the question credits at once and we need to pay more for getting other customers bots to work. Is there a panel where we can adjust the amount of queries/bot/month etc..?

Unfortunately, there is no way in the dashboard right now to limit usage by bot. Most agencies we work with usually create a separate account for each customer. This allows each customer to scale up and down.
Can you customize the bot link? We want each client to have their own branded bot link that doesn’t include app.customgpt.ai. How would we do this?
Unfortunately, not at this time — but we have this on our roadmap. (PS: the most effective deployment methods are EMBED and LIVECHAT — so we don’t see the branded link much)
