It connects your HubSpot account to a CustomGPT.ai agent. Pick your CRM records, your website content, or both, and your agent answers questions using that data, with a link back to wherever the answer came from.
Two things, and you can do either or both. CRM records: contacts, companies, deals, tickets, notes, calls, emails, meetings, tasks, and more. Website content: blog posts, help articles, landing pages, whatever you’ve published.
On the Create page, choose HubSpot, then pick CRM or Knowledge Base. Log in through HubSpot’s own screen, and your agent starts reading what you selected. No API keys, no developer needed.
Auto-sync is available on Enterprise plans, so your agent updates automatically as records or content change.
Yes. Once you’ve connected your CRM, your agent can answer things like “what’s the status on this deal” or “what’s the ticket history for this account,” pulled straight from the records, not a guess.
Yes. Connect your website content and embed the agent on your site or share a link. It answers only from what you’ve published, and says so when it doesn’t know something.
