To install and use ChatGPT plugins, follow these steps:

1. Click on the ‘New Chat’ button from the menu on the left.

2. Hover over the ‘GPT-4’ tab.

3. Select ‘Plugins’ from the drop-down menu. You’ve now switched to the Plugin model.

4. Click on the ‘No Plugins Enabled’ drop-down option.

5. Go to ‘Plugin store’ from the drop-down menu. The Plugin store will open where all third-party plugins are available.

6. In the Plugin store, you’ll find three categories: ‘Popular’, ‘New’, and ‘All’. Select the plugins that you want to install.

7. Click on the ‘Install’ button next to the plugin you want. You can install multiple plugins at once.
8. After installation, the plugin logos will appear under ‘Plugins.’ This means that you have successfully added the plugins.

To use the installed plugins:

1. Go back to the query screen, click the plugin you wish to use, and enter the query.

2. Depending on the plugins installed, ChatGPT will connect to the plugins and request the necessary information.

3. You can specify the name of the installed plugin to get better results.

Remember, there’s currently no intuitive way to sort the plugins in the Plugin store by anything other than popular, new, all, and installed.
